Dear Legislator,

As a constituent who cares deeply about public education and healthcare in our state, I want to thank you for your support of these issues in your one-house budget bill. Your actions to preserve Foundation Aid funding, support the creation of additional community schools, fund Teacher Center's, fix Tier 6, support BOCES, bolster funding for public higher education and properly support SUNY Downstate, just to name a few, illustrate your commitment to New York's schools, students and public employees as well as your awareness of the needs of our state.

Thank you once again for your support of public education and healthcare in New York state and your actions to address workforce shortages in these fields as well as other public sector jobs. I look forward to your continued support as the budget process unfolds.
